yummy chocolate chip cookies <3

ingredients:

281g all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt 170g melted unsalted butter, cooled 5min 150g brown sugar 100g granulated sugar 1 egg 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla extract 225g chocolate chips

in a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.

in a seperate medium bowl, whisk butter and sugars. add egg + yolk until combined

pour small bowl into big bowl and mix. add chocolate chips!! it might not stick to dough much, but thats ok!

cover tightly and refrigerate for 2-48hrs

preheat to 325°F. let dough sit for 15 min after fridge, then make a hand/spoonful each cookie. bake until edges are light brown. immediatly cover with salt!
